2. What data we process
- Data you voluntarily send us when contacting us by email or WhatsApp: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- Technical server data: for security purposes, our server automatically logs the IP address, date and time of access, and browser type.
This site has no forms, does not require user registration, and does not use analytics or advertising tools.
3. How we use your data
Solely to answer your inquiries, manage the business relationship you request, and keep the site secure and available. The legal basis is your consent (when you contact us) and our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
4. Cookies
This site does not set its own cookies. Embedded YouTube videos may set Google cookies when played; that processing is governed by Google's privacy policy.
5. Third-party services
The site embeds YouTube videos and links to WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn. When you use those services, their own terms and policies apply. We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties.
6. Retention
We keep contact messages for as long as the inquiry or business relationship lasts, and technical server logs for a limited, reasonable period for security purposes.
7. Security
The site is served entirely over encrypted HTTPS and implements modern security headers (HSTS, CSP, among others). Access to contact data is restricted to the personnel who need it to respond to you.
8. Your rights
Under Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion free of charge by writing to gerencia@ghmsatelital.ar.
The Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the supervisory authority for Law 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims related to non-compliance with personal data protection rules: www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip.
If you contact us from Chile, you are also protected by the rights set out in Law 19,628 on the protection of private life.
9. Minors
This site is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to this policy
If we modify this policy, we will publish the current version on this page, with its update date.
